Yes, all orders require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery, as per the new PACT Act Vape Laws. If you cannot receive the package or have someone of legal age to sign for it, you can contact the carrier to hold the package for pickup at your convenience.

Orders and Returns
eVape Kings offers a 10-day return policy on hardware only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with all original packaging. Returns are not accepted for any e-liquid/e-juice products, sale items, opened items, or items such as atomizers, tanks, or drip tips. A proof of purchase and RMA number are required for returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds or credits may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account after the returned item has been received and inspected by eVape Kings staff or the manufacturer/supplier.
No, the estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed. They do not include weekends, public holidays, or any unforeseen delays due to weather or disasters.
