Return & Refund Policy

eVape Kings offers a 10 days return policy on hardware only. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange for orders delivered after 10 days. HOWEVER, orders may be cancelled if your order has NOT shipped. If your order has shipped from our facility, the order may NOT be cancelled and maybe returned if items are in unused condition, buyer to pay for return shipping.

We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original packaging. Any item that has been opened are not allowed to be returned, sorry no exceptions to this because of strict health regulations, we DO NOT accept returns on any E-LIQUID / E-Juice products, this includes, but is not limited to, Pods , E-Liquid in bottles, or disposable vape devices. We do not accept e-juice, atomizers, tanks, or drip tips, due to the nature of this type of product.

In the event that you will be returning an item (A Proof of Purchase) is required to Complete all Returns. On some occasions we may grant a partial refund depending on your return reason and the condition of the item we receive back, for example items returned not in its original condition; and which is damaged upon arrival or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To return your product, you need to be issued a RMA number first, and we will provide you with a return address as we may decide to send the items back to the manufacturer or our supplier for inspection.

After the RMA has been confirmed, the item must be shipped back within 5 days. If we have not received the item back within 7 business days from shipping, the return may be cancelled. Buyers will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless eVape Kings gives you a pre-paid return lable in the event the return warrants it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on your location. When returning an item one should always use a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance to cover your item in the case that it gets damaged or lost in transit.

REFUNDS

If we agree to give you a Refund for any reason or if its a return we will only issue you a refund after a complete inspection either by Evape Kings staff or the manufacturer or supplier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds or credits may take up-to 5 business to reflect on your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If after 7 business days a refund is not posted, contact your credit card company or bank to VERIFY if the refund was issued. We have no control over the banking process and typically it takes 48 hours for the refund to be posted into your bank or credit card company. At the same time you may also send us a quick email to verify that we have done the refund.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

eVape Kings is not held responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages from your delivery location especially if the items says delivered. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order. Tracking info is always sent at the same time we process your package for shipping this is an automatic process. This is done so that you are able to keep track of it and to make sure somebody is at home to receive your package. Once your product has shipped, we have NO control over the carrier to ensure you receive your package. Please contact the carrier that was used to ship your order to file a claim immediately. SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned OR refunded.

EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS

In the event that we grant a exchange or replacement we only replace like items unless agreed upon by us. In the event that an items is defective or damaged. Please send us photos of the damage and do not throw it away as this may have to be returned to the supplier or manufacturer.
