We use a wide variety of carriers and in some cases we are unable to ship to your location and if that is the case we will notify you as soon as we find out. Pricing for each services is listed at time of check out and is subject to change according to carrier prices.
Please note carriers don't guarantee shipping delivery times, this is just an estimate number of Business days your package might take to be deliver and doesn't included any inclement weather or disasters. Business Days only include Monday to Friday, and this doesn't include weekends and any Public Holiday.
Customers are responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any delays or errors in shipping. Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped, therefore its vital to inform us as soon as to do any corrections to your shipping address in case of any errors. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping charges. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is no longer permitted.
ADULT SIGNAUTURE REQUIRED All orders are shipped with Signature required as per the new Pact Act Vape Laws. Shipping cost typically are NOT refunded for most reasons. As soon as we process your package an automated email is sent out to you email address provided at check out, so make sure to use a validated email address and its correct at the time of shipping and yes of course you may send us an email in the event you did not receive an update or assume there is a delivery problem we will do out best to sort it out for you.
